Two Bedroom Premium Pool Villa

At Ka Villa our two bedroom premium villas are the lowest price villas in the development, but still offer a unique design where the interior and exterior spaces become one. This is achieved by wide opening, floor to ceiling doors making the living area and the terrace become one area. The spacious master bedroom also opens to the terrace and looks out to the refreshing pool with built-in Jacuzzi. The Ensuite bathroom is also very spacious with double sinks, large glass rain shower and freestanding bathtub for two. The living room/kitchen combo is wide open with soaring vaulted ceilings, giving a cool refreshing feeling as you look out to the pool. Beside the living area is the second bedroom which also overlooks the pool and is still large enough for two twin beds or a full size king bed. The second bathroom can be entered privately from the second bedroom, but is also accessible directly from the living area with its’ unique walk through feature. All villas come fully landscaped with luscious tropical vegetation and an oversize car park with ample room for a car and two motor bikes plus additional storage space and laundry area.
